Hey there, we know people are running into bootloop issues upon taking an OTA after installing TWRP and rooting their devices. We do have a tool to assist you if you're in a boot loop. We cannot unfortunately help if you haven't unlocked your device already. Right now, there seems to be two problems shown in the following videos: In the first problem, I'm on the 00WW_1_290 build, I've unlocked my device, and flashed TWRP Recovery. I've then opened TWRP and swiped to allow modifications to the system. I then take the OTA and it causes the recovery loop to occur. In the second, a community member has run into an issue with not being able to get past the boot screen. The tool is used to flash Lenovo ZUK Z2 is called QPST Tool. Download QPST latest version for free from here. Download QPST latest version for free for Lenovo ZUK Z2 and Z2 Pro. Download Lenovo ZUK Z2 QPST Flashing Tool. Supported OS: Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10. How to fix these problems: • Download the • Plug Robin into your PC or Mac • Boot into Fastboot Mode (or also called Bootloader) via Power + Volume Down • Open a command window (Shift+Right click in Windows), or Terminal to the 1350-user-LSW directory • Type: flash-all.bat for Windows, or./flash-all.sh for Mac • The user may choose to wipe, or not wipe their data by typing 'y' or 'n'. Choose 'y' and press Enter • Let the scripts run completely and let the phone reboot fully before touching the device Tell us exactly how you got to that issue. What were you doing? What was the state of the device (unlocked, rooted, etc.) What really helps us is if you have screenshots of your phone/computer, and even better an unlisted video on YouTube, or Google Drive.
